We appreciated quick check-in too. It had central heating, iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card although we didn't use it.

The hostess was very friendly and helpful. the apartment was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. the location was excellent with easy access to the city center and public transportation. Augarten park was close by. Checkout was easy and convenient. a lovely stay.
Felt almost like at home, nothing to complain about.

No complaints, would definitely recommend. An excellent base for sightseeing in Vienna. Situated in a marvellous and incredible spot. Found not far from a tram station, public transport and the center and tram stop.

Lovely stay with a fresh and clean atmosphere. The apartment was just a 5-minute tram ride to the center, making it very convenient. The host was very nice and helpful. We were also pleased to find a shop for basic essentials nearby and didn't hear any noise from other residents. The only downside was that the curtains didn't fully cover the window for privacy. I highly recommend Steiner Residences Vienna Augarten for a pleasant stay.

We had a lovely stay at Steiner Residences Vienna Augarten. The apartment was modern, stylish, and spacious, exceeding our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised to find coffee, washing powder, and dishwasher tablets provided free of charge. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and the location was great. The building was also surprisingly quiet. The powerful hair dryer and extra comfortable bed were added bonuses.

Convenient location accessible by tram, spacious and comfortable apartment, well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals, cheap and convenient parking, helpful and welcoming hosts.
